Cleanliness and food hygiene are standing orders required of all businesses involved with food. Only an individually adapted hygiene concept and constant training will allow these strict responsibilities to be met.

The production of a film portraying aspects of personal hygiene and the handling of food in the gastronomy was made possible thanks the initiative of the Fondation Nestlé Pro Gastronomia and the collaboration with the Hotel School Belvoirpark Zurich, GastroSuisse and many experts. Hygiene guidelines are demonstrated in a simple but explicit way without any complicated legal regulations.
